Frequently Asked Questions from Our Customers

  • 1. Do you store personal or household items?

    No, we are strictly a commercial warehouse used to store raw materials, work in process items, and commercial inventory.

  • 2. Do you have your own trucks?

    Although we do not have our own trucks, we do have local carriers that we have developed relationships with who are reliable.

  • 3. How will my inventory be tracked?

    We currently use a WMS that allows us to track inventory based on each customer’s needs.

  • 4. If I were to store my inventory with you, would I have a dedicated representative?

    Yes, we assign one CSR to each client. This allows us the ability to build a relationship with you, and better understand and meet all your needs.

  • 5. Do you have refrigerated warehouse space?

    No, we don’t; we focus on dry storage only. 

  • 6. Do we provide pick and pack services?

    We do provide pick and pack services, typically the carriers that are used in such situations are LTL, and we currently have daily pickups with UPS. We can schedule pickups with Fed Ex Ground, as well as others.

  • 7. Will you complete physical inventories, or does a company representative need to come in and complete them?

    We can complete physical inventories as needed. We also allow clients to come in to inspect and inventory their own goods. We do ask that visits be scheduled.

  • 8. What type of receipt / shipment documentation do you provide?

    Receipts are generated as soon as goods are received and emailed to client the same day. A BOL is generated for each shipment and emailed the same day the goods leave. This process keeps floor and book inventory accurate.

  • 9. Do you have EDI capability?

    Yes, we do. We have successfully partnered with several clients utilizing EDI. Further information can be provided upon request.

  • 10. Can you scan barcodes and create barcoded labels for receipts and / or shipments?

    We have used scanning hardware and software systems for a variety of clients. Setup in each scenario is different, further information can be obtained by contacting us.
