About Us

The Beginning

Don Nicholas opened the doors of Warehouse Services Inc. in 1958. A need to fulfill a storage demand in Jackson and nearby areas drove him. Next, he gave the job of handling the warehouse to Selby Barnes. In 1971, following significant growth, Don Nicholas purchased the building we are in today. After 45 years of well-to-do, loyal service in the industry, Selby Barnes retired. Subsequently, leaving behind a dedication to service.

A New Perspective

Meanwhile, in 2003, Terry Nicholas took over as the new owner of Warehouse Services. In the same manner, he remains fixed on giving the same great service that portrays Warehouse Services’ core beliefs. At the same time, he welcomes new high-tech progress to be sure of the company’s future success. As an example of our desire to stay current, we picked moving to SaaS software, as well as implementing scanning.

Undoubtedly, Warehouse Services’ success and long life depend on our services. Similarly, the bonds we create contribute significantly to our success. To illustrate this, we have clients who have been with us for many years. Additionally, we have customers who have left and come back because of the service we give. We value open conversations, trust, and fairness. Indeed, we want our clients to feel like they are a part of our group. We urge them to reach out and discuss any issues openly, helping to create a sense of respect and fitting in. In conclusion, we are a customer-based company.
