Warehouse Information
Do you have refrigerated space? We don’t have any refrigerated space. Our warehouse stays at the same temperature as the outside.
Who is responsible for inventories? Is it the warehouse or the client? We are happy to perform physical inventories for our clients. For instance, we do this once a year. If needed, we can do it several times a year. We will also help with inventories our clients or their representative’s conduct.
Is there overnight parking? We do not permit on-site parking. Nor do we allow drivers to park in front of the gate.
Are drivers serviced on a first-come basis? Our policy states that we operate by appointment only. Of course, we understand that issues can arise. When that happens, we ask that you contact us. However, we will do everything we can to accommodate drivers.

As a client with Warehouse Services, Inc., will I have a dedicated Customer Support Representative? As a matter of fact, every client has a specific representative who handles their account. This results in you having a direct phone number and an email address.
What documentation will I receive when someone receives or ships my goods? During the receiving process, someone generates a receipt and emails this document to you. You can also download it from the web portal. Someone can email the generated BOL, or you can download it from the web portal. To conclude, I can email all paperwork to you, and you will also be able to download it.
How do you track inventory? We track each client’s inventory according to the specific condition they request. For example, this can include lot number, item number, code date, serial date, and more. Each client can access their inventory online through the Web portal.
Special Services Questions
Can you provide pick-and-pack services? If a client wants pick-and-pack or another specialized service, they should contact us.
Is scanning barcodes a service you provide? We can scan barcodes and make barcode labels.
Is EDI available? Any client can access EDI. There are additional fees associated with this.
